We undertook a phase of user research interviews gave us insight into the needs of UK Dealers. We interviewed marketing people at 6 UK Dealers across the country. The interviews captured what kind of marketing assets they need at specific times each quarter. It also gave them an opportunity to tell us how their experience could be improved. The research revealed a prioritised list of features and functionality that users want to make the experience more efficient and effective. This work was followed by a creating a set of wireframes which outline new features, navigation and layouts.
